How do I return an item?
Perrys Power Bikes warranty covers the frame repair or replacement, battery, motor, controller, charger, and display for 1 year under proper use and care. The other parts of the bike are subject to wear and tear and are not covered, but we are here to assist with parts and full customer support to keep your bike running. Abuse or lack of maintenance to your new power bike will void warranty.
If you purchase an electric bike but it hasn't shipped you can cancel the order free of charge. Products that have shipped and are unopened can be returned within 14 days, a 10 % restocking fee will apply + customer must pay for return shipping of unused bike in the original sealed carton. To complete your return, email us at: email@example.com & request an RMA# within 14 days of your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus 10% restocking fee. If through troubleshooting, phone calls and e-mail, the bicycle cannot be repaired, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Warranty shall be void if owner does not read operators manual in its entirety. Bicycles are not intended for business/rentals and all warranties shall be null and void if used for said practice. If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for electric bikes or other items that are lost when being returned to us.
